Before we act, we pause to consider the impact on others and the long-term outcomes. We think about how our actions represent us as a team and how they will be remembered. Every decision we make should strengthen the team and enhance our reputation.

3. Enjoy the Journey

We strive for continuous improvement, holding ourselves and each other to high standards, while never losing sight of the importance of having fun. Humor is central to who we are and how we work.
